All the items featured here - and many more - will be available in-store only at GEAR:30 starting April 20th at 10:00 AM. Follow @traverse_ogden on Instagram for updates and information on future collections.

Fall 1997 Patagonia P.E.F Fleece

"You can’t see it, but sandwiched between the inner and outer layers of this garment is a revolutionary barrier that not only blocks the wind, but is also highly breathable. This Performance Enhancing Film (P.E.F) significantly broadens your range of comfort in a wide variety of demanding situations." - Patagonia

Women's The North Face Denali Fleeces

A stylish, functional, and classic fleece jacket that has been in the outdoors community since 1988.

2007 Patagonia MARS Wind Jacket

Starting in 2004, Patagonia was contracted by the U.S. Military to design gear. MARS is known for its desirable earth tones and unique stitching patterns. Any MARS that was produced was not sold in stores, which contributes to its rarity. Collectors pay a high price for MARS pieces - its a fun eBay search!

1990s Montbell GORE-TEX Rain Shell

Montbell is known in the outdoor community for producing technical, lightweight and durable clothing. This GORE-Tex shell struck me with its design. For being almost 30 years old, its colorblock and stitching pattern are right on-trend in 2021.

1980s Patagonia Bomber and Pants

I’m a sucker for anything from Patagonia in the early 80s. I was on a snowboarding trip in Anchorage, AK this past winter and at one point we had some time to kill, so we stopped at a thrift store. I found this “Big Label” bomber jacket and immediately got a thrift high. This bomber is very rare, and a collector would go nuts over this thing.

I’m unsure of the exact year these pants were made, but my educated guess is somewhere in the late 80s. I’ve never seen these before, but the ripstop material and functionality are timeless. These pants would be perfect for a lightweight backpacking trip, or maybe even a dance class.
