First and foremost, at GEAR:30 we value quality equipment that will last you a long time. That said, sizes can vary from brand to brand and sometimes the only solution is to return your purchased goods for a refund. No need to stress about it, we know how it is and ultimately want to get you set up with gear that you're stoked on. Below you'll find information regarding returns, and if there are any questions you have that aren't answered please reach out to us directly - we're a small team at GEAR:30 and each request will be personally taken care of by one of our expert staff.
- First, product must be in resalable condition for return.
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. For most orders, we will gladly cover the shipping costs if you opt for store-credit; We are happy to give a full refund to customers that pay for return shipping on the items they ordered.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned goods arrive, most store credit and refunds will be fully taken care of within 48 hours of the item arriving.
- If it's a warranty issue and it's been less than 30 days, we will return it. Warranty claims greater than 30 days old usually need to be addressed with the brand directly.
- GEAR:30 must be contacted about your return within 30 days from purchase. E-mail is best to show a record of this - send your name and order information to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Product must be in resalable condition for return. We are not liable for damage occurred during shipping. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

- On clearance items (30% off or more) we will gladly honor a return for store credit, however we do not do full refunds on clearance deals without special circumstances. If you're unsure about your order issue, just let us know and we'll work with you to make sure you're taken care of.

In-Store: 30 days
- If you have a receipt, In-store returns are easy peasy. If you don't have a receipt, we will simply look up your purchase in our system given you gave us your name at checkout. If you do not have a receipt, and a name was withheld at checkout, and we fail to locate your purchase, we can exchange for in-store credit only as long as a GEAR:30 label is visible. it's slightly less easy peasy, but not extraordinarily difficult either.
