Online Return Policy 

  • HOLIDAY RETURNS - We will accept holiday returns past the 30 day mark from November 24th to January 1st. This will allow you to return or exchange products ordered from Black Friday after Christmas day. We understand gifts may be the wrong size, color, etc. Please communicate with us on what is going on and we can adjust accordingly. Thank you! (Closeout Items are NOT eligible for return, you can find out if a product is a closeout on the product title) 
  • 30 day window: All returns/exchanges must be handled within 30 days of purchase
  • 72 Hour Acknowledgement: Any product damage or concern must be communicated within 72 hours of delivery. 
  • Exchanges for a different size are FREE, unless oversize shipping applies
  • We can only accept returns/exchanges for new/unused products with tags & original boxes
  • Returns on clearance items over 50% off can only be returned for store credit as a gift card. 
  • To start a return, email your order number and return request to returns@gearthirty.com

    Upon delivery and inspection we’ll credit your card or ship your replacement within 48 hours
    Cost of return shipping is taken out of all returns, while exchanges are free.
